Ingredients

1 large egg
130g plain flour (1 cup)
300g nutella (1 cup)

It’s our second recipe video for cookie month then folks, we’ve already had some amazing oatmeal and raisin cookies which have gone down a storm, this time it’s the turn of nutella cookies, oh yes and they are only 3 ingredients!

The steps are so simple so i’ll keep it short and punchy!

Grab youself a mixing bowl and combine all your ingredients together, whisk so it thickens up and keep going until you have a chocolate looking play doh texture. You may find it easier to warm the nutella briefly in the micowave, but remember to save some for the end to finish the cookies.

Using your hands shape the dough into a ball and flatten to a disc shape. This step is surprisingly not messy as the mixture is pretty firm, so use clean hands and work your way through the mixture sitting them onto a lined baking tray. You should have enough for 8 cookies.

Bake in the oven at 180c or equivalent, see oven temperature conversion chart for info.

Once baked allow to cool fully on the tray, they are pretty soft initially.

I transferred mine to a wire rack just to be able to drizzle some spare nutella on top, so good!

There we have it, gorgeous, easy nutella cookies, with just 3 ingredients, give them a try for yourself!
